As a founding partner, David has led the company through a period of organic and acquisitional growth which has resulted in the firm being recognised as a top 75 practice in the UK from a fee income perspective.
In addition to his board responsibilities, David’s role is now focused upon driving revenue growth for the wider organization and in maintaining valued relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the group. This fits well with his experience, leadership qualities and interpersonal skills that have been honed throughout his career. The plan around organic revenue growth is achieved through internal cross sell and external new business activity. This is executed through the various sales channels and strategies that have been devised to increase market awareness around brand and to be winning work within our defined target market.
